The Supreme Court is pretty airtight on First Amendment rights to ridicule public figures. The Court's decision was unanimous in 1988 for the Hustler Magazine, Inc. v. Falwell lawsuit where Jerry Falwell tried to sue Hustler for alleging he had sex with his mom in an outhouse as a kid.
