The GOP Says Its 2024 Candidates Can Be Racist Or Sexist, But Not Both
The GOP’s top donors are reportedly demanding party leaders work harder this upcoming primary season to prevent radical MAGA and QAnon extremists from winning primaries and then losing winnable seats in the general election.
The donors are calling on the Republican National Committee to institute new rules on which candidates receive funding so that the craziest, fringe conservatives can’t defeat moderate and much more mentally sane incumbents.
This morning the RNC released the following guidelines for GOP primary candidates to be eligible to receive party campaign funds:

1. You can blame women, immigrants, ethnic minorities, or the LGTBQ+ community for America’s problems, but you can’t blame all these groups collectively. We are alienating far too many demographics of voters with our traditional straight-white-male identity politics, so, from now on, you must specialize in terms of your scapegoating. Please narrow down your public biases to only one of these groups.
