Adults: Party Like You’re In College Again Sometime

Life is short. Occasionally remind yourself what it was like being young, and day drink and then stay up late with a big group of your friends.

Here are 9 poems to remember college parties:

Attic Credo

welcome to the shelf:

the attic is open to all.

positivity governs.

pabst cases are accepted.

have a seat under the christmas lights

on an upturned bucket or the bare mattress

and offer song suggestions that will enrich the chill.

Kerosene

I had lunch with a dead person today

kerouac on a transient day both hitching into town

and we both missed lunch with separate excuses

that couldn’t upset our introverted buccaneerings

and we rescheduled for the night

and met up at an easy bar

and then a pool bar

and a dive bar

and crashed an uptight bar
