REPUBLICANS IN DISARRAY!
2022 Ended In Chaos For Republicans, 2023 Will Get Much Worse
The GOP’s House majority is utterly ungovernable.
The GOP is so divided on so many issues, and Kevin McCarthy is such a weak, spineless, jellyfish man with too small a majority in the House of Representatives to accomplish anything (possibly even being elected Speaker as of publishing time) that Republicans throughout 2023 will soon nostalgically pine for the rosy days of having minority power in 2022, which themselves were wildly chaotic for Republicans.
So the GOP deserves my mockery.
The following are The Halfway Post’s top headlines from the last week of 2022:
- Democratic governors announced that every time migrants get bused to Kamala Harris’s house, they’re going to round up a bunch of mentally ill people who love guns and have displayed behavior violating multiple red flags, and bus them to the front lawns of Ron DeSantis and Greg Abbott.
- When Donald Trump read “A Christmas Carol” to kids at his Mar-a-Lago party, he stopped during the scene with Tiny Tim and said aloud, “I like children who aren’t cripples.”
- Donald Trump says his 2023 resolution is to weight-lift less because he spends too much time in the gym.
